In this writing, I will talk about my 30 day challenge. I have many things that I want to add or subrtact.Some habits I want to add is doing sports everyday, practicing what I am not good at, being confident, writing, abnd being healthy. Some habits I want to subtract is sleeping to much and no sreens. For some of these, I want really make a different and I have steps I will take. I will write about some things I want to change badly.
First, I want to add doing sports everyday. Of course, if you say to fix, it dosen't fixes.You need steps. My first step is making a schedule. If I just do it without a plan, I would not do it regulaurly.Second is being positive. I mean, you go out and do a sport but it's no fuhn, I mean, whats the point, if I came out, I am going to do it anyway, so I am going todo it with a positive mind. Third,I will keep track of what I did. That way, I don't forget what 'm doing and I can be proud of myself.
A second goal that I want to take away is sleeping to much. Some steps I will take is first,always put on a alarm. that way i don't keep sleeping snozzing on my bed. a second step is if I don't wake up,one hour is every one hour to studying. If I do that, it coud help me in studying, but will probaly make me wake up. Finally, a step is to sleep early. If I sleep early, I ould omeday wake up. I mean noone sleeps the entire day. So I will sleep early.
A final goal is practicing what I am not good at. Steps to do that is keeping a list. So that wayt, I can practice what I am not good at diferently everyday. The second step is choosing what I need to do for everyday. Thyen I will not forget. Lastly, I will do it steo by step, so I will not rush to do it too fast.
I will try to do my best and I hope I succeed.
